Robin Collins

Distinguished Professor of Philosophy, Messiah College


Robin Collins is Distinguished Professor of Philosophy and Chair of the Department of Philosophy at Messiah College in Pennsylvania. He received his Ph.D. in Philosophy under Alvin Plantinga at University of Notre Dame. He went on to serve as a post-doctoral fellow at Northwestern University and later became Professor of Philosophy at Messiah College. He has graduate level training in theoretical physics and has written over thirty-five substantial articles and book chapters on a wide range of topics in philosophy of physics, philosophy of religion, and philosophy of mind. He is one the world’s leading experts on the fine-tuning of the cosmos for life and its philosophical and theological implications.
