Brad Christerson (Ph.D., University of California, Santa Barbara) is Professor of Sociology and Co-Director of Urban Studies at Biola University. His research is focused on the areas of race and ethnicity, religion, and economic development. He is co-author of Growing Up in America: The Power of Race in the Lives of Teens (Stanford University Press, 2010) and Against All Odds: The Struggle for Racial Integration in Religious Organizations (New York University Press, 2005).
