My research project concerns the virtue of open-mindedness. What, exactly, is open-mindedness? Why is it a virtue? What does it mean to be virtuously open-minded in the context of a morally and religiously pluralistic society? And to what extent can one be theologically open-minded while remaining religiously devout?
